Free camping for exhibitors.

Exhibitors can setup on Thursday and Friday.

The Golden Oldies will provide a BBQ for exhibitors by the way of a gold coin donation on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning.

Exhibitors must register upon arrival. NOT registered means NOT eligible for prizes.

Parades on Saturday:

• Trucks at 2pm.

Trophies to be awarded in the Big Shed at 4pm.

Saturday night dinner in the expo centre at the showground only 200 tickets.

10.00 a.m. Mystery Run on Friday for Entrants. 9.30 a.m. Smoko Run on Sunday for Entrants.

If an exhiibitor wishes to leave earlier please notify the staff upon registering. (No vehicle movements without official escort present)
